Sunset Water District

The Colorado Open Records Act, (CORA) C.R.S. § 24-72-201 to 206, provides that all public records shall be open for inspection by any person at reasonable times, except as provided in part 2 or as otherwise specifically provided by law. It is the intention of the Sunset Water District to comply with its provisions in response to requests. Use the Contact page to request copies of Water District records. The charge for collecting and/or sending records is currently $41.37 per hour after the first hour. Printed copies will be charged at 25 cents per page.
