We regret to inform you that our dear friend and board member, Bill Connelly, passed away recently after a long struggle with declining health. Bill was not just an expert on the Sunset Water District, he was also known as an artist, musician and builder. The friendly face of the water district for many years, he will be greatly missed.
The board has appointed Debbie Younkin, runner-up in the last election, to fill out the rest of Bill's term. Welcome to the board, Debbie.
